This book presents the history of the photographers for the American highway was an inspiration. Pictures of Robert Frank, Ed Ruscha, Garry Winogrand, Inge Morath, William Eggleston, Lee Friedlander, Joel Meyerowitz, Stephen Shore, Sternfeld Bernard Plossu or Josel among others.
With an introduction by British specialist David Campany gender and 18 chapters presented chronologically, each exploring a road trip in North America in depth through a portfolio of images and informative texts, highlighting some of the most important jobs they were on the road.
