This volume, which goes with the exhibition INDEX Roma, compiles the works of the artists and researchers in residence at the Academy of Spain in Rome during the 2014– 2015 group, along with a series of critical and descriptive essays. Both the exhibition and the book are the outcome of the new stage embarked on at the Academy, an institution which has transformed to adapt to artists’ processes and become a laboratory of ideas and new knowledge.
