Dedicated to the memory of J.G. Ballard, this number of Eñe was conceived before this master of Science Fiction died on 19 April 2009. As the English newspaper The Independent wrote, Ballard was "the writer who with his dystopian fantasies helped us to model our vision of the modern world.” In this issue you can find everything from a fragment of the novel by Juan Pérez Zúñiga titled Seis días fuera del mundo, a masterpiece of the first Spanish science fiction, to stories by Rodrigo Fresán, George Saunders, Paticia Suárez, Vicente Luis Mora, Lara Moreno, Elena Blasco, Israel Centeno, Angélica Gorodischer and the legendary Narciso Ibáñez Serrador.
